• Booking an appointment by phone, text or email.• Patch test is required for all waxing and tinting treatments at least 48 hours before the treatment.
• 48 hours cancellation notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment.
• Late arrival for appointment may result in the treatment being shortened or cancelled.
• Failure to keep appointments may result in no further treatments being booked.
• We may on occasion need to change or cancel appointment at short notice due to reasons that are beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Children are not permitted on the premises.
• 10% discount for all 1escape members (excluding special offers).
